Whaley’s Mixology has been supplying staff for Corporate, Events, Weddings and other Mixology needs in the UK since November 2017.
Mark Jones (the founder) has over 20 years’ experience in 4 & 5-star Hotels.
He started his career at Whites on the Green upmarket restaurant in Dublin as a Silver service waiter. After leaving there, he trained as a wine waiter and sommelier in the Isle of Man at King Edward Bay.
He went to Bournemouth to work on his craft in a few four-star hotels as a Bartender.
He also worked in Europa Gatwick hotel within the conference and Banqueting Department.
He also had the opportunity to work in the Channel Islands, Guernsey at St Pierre Park as a Cocktail Bartender.
When he left Guernsey, he worked at The Merion Hotel in Dublin (a 5 Star hotel) as a senior Bartender.
Mark is now a Personal Licence holder & Member of British Institute of Innkeeping.
NB: I can offer a personal service at your request; meaning if a client asks for 4 staff members I will join my team for an extra special touch to your event.
Also, I can supply staff at short notice for your event planning needs.
